Returns & Refund Policy

At Secret Scent Co., we carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our hands. Due to the personal-care and cosmetic nature of our products, and because our Mystery Tubs contain randomly selected items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, unwanted items, or dissatisfaction with the fragrance or products received.

All Mystery Tub purchases are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, customers may not request a return, exchange or refund simply because they have changed their mind or are unhappy with the mystery selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact Secret Scent Co. as soon as possible after receiving your parcel. We may request photographs or other information to assess the issue.

Where a return, replacement or refund is required by applicable South African consumer law, Secret Scent Co. will handle the matter in accordance with the customer's legal rights and the applicable legislation. (Government of South Africa)

By placing an order with Secret Scent Co., you acknowledge that:

• Mystery Tub contents are randomly selected.

• Specific perfume brands, fragrances or products cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated on the product listing.

• We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, fragrance preference, or dissatisfaction with a mystery selection, except where required by law.

• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
