Welcome to Secret Scent Co. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Secret Scent Co.

Secret Scent Co. provides mystery perfume tubs, mini perfumes, hand cream scoops and related products to customers within South Africa.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store, including orders placed through our website.

2. Products & Mystery Tubs

Our Mystery Tubs are designed to provide a fun surprise shopping experience.

• The contents of Mystery Tubs are randomly selected.

• Specific fragrances, brands, colours, packaging or individual products cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.

• Product photographs are provided for illustration and may not always represent the exact combination of products received.

• Product packaging may vary depending on available stock.

• We reserve the right to substitute an item with another item of similar value where necessary due to availability.

By purchasing a Mystery Tub, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of the product.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Although we make every effort to keep our website information and stock levels accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order due to a stock issue, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate solution.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change without prior notice. However, once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, the price applicable to that order will generally remain as displayed at the time of purchase, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout.

5. Placing an Order

When placing an order, customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.

This includes:

• Full name

• Contact number

• Email address

• Correct delivery information

• Correct PUDO destination/locker information where applicable

• Any other information required to fulfil the order

Secret Scent Co. cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

6. Payment

Orders must be paid for in full before they can be processed and dispatched.

We use third-party payment providers to process online payments. Secret Scent Co. does not have access to customers' full card details.

An order is only considered confirmed once successful payment has been received.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Our standard delivery method is PUDO Locker-to-Locker within South Africa.

A flat shipping fee of R90 applies to standard PUDO delivery.

Customers are responsible for selecting/providing the correct PUDO destination and ensuring that their contact details are correct.

Once an order has been handed over to PUDO, delivery is subject to PUDO's delivery processes and terms.

Secret Scent Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect customer information, failure to collect a parcel, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Local Collection

Local collection may be available from our designated collection location.

Collection is by appointment only and is not available at all times.

Customers wishing to collect their order must contact Secret Scent Co. via WhatsApp to arrange and confirm a collection date and time.

Customers should not arrive for collection without a confirmed appointment.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and the mystery element of our Mystery Tubs, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, fragrance preference, or dissatisfaction with the mystery selection, except where a refund, return, replacement or other remedy is required by applicable South African law.

If an order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, the customer must contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.

10. Promotional Offers & Free Items

From time to time, Secret Scent Co. may offer promotions, discounts, competitions or surprise/free items.

Promotions may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

All content appearing on the Secret Scent Co. website, including but not limited to:

• Brand name

• Product photographs

• Graphics

• Marketing material

is owned by or licensed to Secret Scent Co. unless otherwise stated.

Secret Scent Co. is not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services, although we will reasonably assist customers with order-related issues where appropriate.
