Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Secret Scent Co., we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and convenient as possible. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

 PUDO Locker-to-Locker Delivery

All orders are shipped PUDO Locker-to-Locker within South Africa.

A flat shipping fee of R90 applies to all PUDO deliveries, regardless of the size or value of your order.

Your order will be sent from our selected PUDO locker to the PUDO locker chosen by you.

PUDO's estimated transit time is generally 1–4 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on circumstances outside of Secret Scent Co.'s control. (Pudo Mail)

Customer Delivery Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery information when placing an order.

Please ensure that your chosen PUDO destination locker, contact number, email address and other required information are correct.

Secret Scent Co. cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

PUDO requires accurate recipient details and the recipient is responsible for collecting the parcel from the destination locker after receiving the relevant notification/PIN. (Pudo Mail)

Collecting Your PUDO Parcel

Once your parcel has arrived at the selected PUDO locker, you will receive the necessary notification and collection information.

Please collect your parcel within the time period specified by PUDO. PUDO's terms currently state that recipients have 48 hours after notification to collect a parcel; parcels not collected within this period may be returned and additional redelivery fees may apply. (Pudo Mail)

Secret Scent Co. is not responsible for parcels that are not collected within the required period.

Collection (In the Vaal)

Local collection may be available from our collection location.

Collection is by appointment only and is not available at all times.

If you would like to collect your order, please contact us via WhatsApp after placing your order so that we can arrange and confirm a suitable collection date and time.

Please do not arrive for collection without a confirmed appointment, as your order may not be available for collection at that time.

⏰ Order Processing

Orders will be processed and prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully received. This might take 2-7 working days for the order to be fulfilled.

Once your order has been handed over to PUDO, delivery times and the movement of the parcel are managed by PUDO. Secret Scent Co. will provide the relevant tracking information where applicable.

By placing an order with Secret Scent Co., you confirm that you have provided accurate and complete delivery information and understand that:

  • All standard deliveries are PUDO Locker-to-Locker.

  • The shipping fee is a flat R90.

  • The customer is responsible for selecting/providing the correct PUDO destination.

  • Collection is by appointment only.

  • Collection times must be arranged and confirmed via WhatsApp.

  • Collection is not available at all times.

  • PUDO delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of Secret Scent Co.'s control.

Secret Scent Co. reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
